If you tried to access our website on Friday 5 September you would have failed to find the correct site. This was due to an incorrect DNS set-up from our support company (this is what controls what a web address actually points to). They were able to resolve the problem fairly quickly but it took most of the day for their changes to be propogated across the world's servers. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused you and assure you that we are quick to spot these problems and take steps to resolve them.
