Emergency repairs out of office hours
If you have an emergency repair that cannot wait until the next working day, you should phone our day time number – 0300 373 3000 and you will be automatically transferred to our out of hours call centre. If you use this emergency system for non-emergency repairs you will be recharged the additional cost.
When reporting by phone you should:
- Give your name, address and phone number (if you have one)
- Describe clearly the repair that is required giving as much detail as you can.
- State the days and times when someone will be at home – this information is essential. Any abortive calls to your home by a contractor may be charged to you.
You can use the out of hours call centre to report routine repairs as well as emergencies. Routine repairs will be ordered the following day and completed according to the appropriate time-scale as set out in how soon will repairs be carried out?
