Our repairs and maintenance responsibilities vary depending on the type of accommodation you live in.
The following sections apply generally to tenants living in permanent rented housing.
For tenants in temporary accommodation, some of our repair responsibilities are shared with the owner of the property and we may ask them to carry out the work. The sections on external painting and repairs and improvements and alterations do not apply.
Supported housing tenants should contact the on-site member of staff about repair responsibilities.
