Our Residents' Forum provides a great opportunity for residents to meet with managers of Stadium, share their views, ideas and contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.
The Forum meets on a regular basis and is open to all Residents of Stadium Housing Association. Forum meetings are never stuffy or boring. They are often lively, fun and informative, with good debates.
The Residents' Forum works as a team, as well as bringing individual contributions, experiences , other expertise and knowledge .
The Residents' Forum is our main body for resident consultation on matters affecting policy, performance and community issues. It has already had a great input and influence over our policies and practices and continues to go from strength to strength in terms of membership and support. The Forum also has “teeth” in that it challenges what we do, along with how and why we do it, and it always expects a response!
Training is provided as we recognise that some residents might not be familiar with the working structure of meetings or they may need more knowledge in certain areas of services we provide as landlords. Training is free and there are a range of subjects that will be offered so that you can choose which training programme will best suit your needs.
