Stadium has introduced the choice based lettings allocation system.

Choice based lettings is an allocations system which allows residents to look at the available properties in the Locata magazine or website.  If you find a property you like you register your interest in it by informing the landlord. A list of applicants will be drawn up and the top 5 will be able to view the property, the applicant with the highest priority who accepts the property will be successful. 

Priority Banding

BAND A – Emergency

BAND B – Urgent need to move

BAND C – Identified Housing need

BAND D – All other categories 

This system allows applicants to choose the property they will live in rather than the Association choosing it. Choice based lettings also allows applicants to bid for properties in other areas.Locata covers the areas of Brent, Harrow, Ealing and Hounslow.

We are looking to introduce virtual tours of new developments, this would allow applicants interested in the properties to look around the new homes by using cameras without leaving their computer.
