Stadium does not operate a waiting list for its homes. The majority of our homes, when they become empty, are let to nominees from local authorities, with the rest being let to our own tenants who need to transfer.

The aims of our allocations policy

Stadium’s aims are to:

• allocate our homes according to need
• provide tenants with a home suitable for their needs
• make specific provision for people with special needs
• provide equality of opportunity
• work closely with our partner local authorities and other statutory and voluntary agencies in order to meet the needs of homeless people and benefit local communities.
