Looking for work, training or education?
Are you a Stadium resident?
Then look no further - Stadium4Work can help you...

Evidence suggests that people’s motivation to look for and find paid work is affected by how they think they will be better off working than not working. It seems that many adults in workless households would like to work, but find that their situation may be closely related to certain barriers to employment, such as their relying mainly on housing benefit to meet their monetary needs, childcare needs, caring responsibilities, and so on. These households may also include young people not currently in any type of education, employment or training.

This is where Stadium4Work can help; through a programme delivered exclusively to all Stadium Housing Association residents we will take the time to get to know you as an individual and assess your needs and capabilities,   in order to establish what skills and experience you have, as well as any obstacles that need to be overcome,   and ultimately to support and champion you in accessing a wide range of employment, training or education opportunities.

It could be that you may benefit from a work-experience placement, further education, apprenticeship or volunteering in order to acquire necessary skills and experience which could eventually lead into paid employment. Help with job search methods, presentation and interview skills are also an option. If it is more simply the case that you do not know how to engage with mainstream employment & training programmes in your local area; we can help you to explore the options available through partnerships with local agencies and organisations, such as Brent in2 Work and Westminster Works.
