Network Stadium and the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games

The 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games will be held in a variety of locations throughout London from 21 July – 9 September 2012. Whilst a time of celebration, the Games are likely to cause disruption to Network Housing Group, our customers and our staff.

We have established a working group to ensure our essential services are delivered continuously, to reduce the number of staff journeys made and to enable our staff and residents to enjoy the Games. By planning in advance we hope that this impact will be as minimal as possible.

Network Stadium to manage properties in East London

On 2 April Network Stadium will take back management of the properties it owns in East London from Mitali Housing Association. This decision was made so residents have access to more resources and specialised staff to respond to any enquiries. We see this as an opportunity to strengthen our relationship with customers in this area.

Network Stadium is dedicated to improving the properties in East London it owns and the neighbourhoods it serves. We operate a neighbourhood structure and we have created two new neighbourhoods called East London and North Central London which are supported by local teams based at Cambridge Heath Road in Bethnal Green.

We have written to residents affected by the change in management and included a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) sheet. 

The two new neighbourhood teams will be meeting residents over the coming weeks. We are publishing a new version of Neighbourhood Life magazine  for residents in the new neighbourhoods of North Central London and East London and the next edition which comes out in April will give more details about the new teams.
