We’re currently changing and improving both the assured and secure tenancy agreements as we want to make sure that they are up to date and reflect good practice.

These changes will help us manage your home or estate more effectively and improve the way that we tackle neighbour nuisance and anti-social behaviour. They will also make the rights and responsibilities of Network Stadium, as your landlord, and you, as the tenant, clearer.

We would very much like to hear your views on the new draft agreement which we sent out to you week beginning 23 January. We are also letting the local authorities know of our proposed changes. Any changes, as a result of consultation, will be reported to the Network Stadium Board before a final decision is made.

If the new agreement is approved by the Board the changes are likely to come into effect in Spring 2012.
